Information Sharing and Disclosure
Phubber will not rent, sell, or disclose your personal information to others or companies.
Terms & Conditions
You understand that all information, materials, text, photos, messages or other materials (hereinafter referred to as “Content”), whether they are publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the responsibility of the previous “Content” provider. In other words, you, not Phubber, are solely responsible for the Content transmitted via the Service. Phubber has no control over the Content posted via the Service, and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or quality of the previously posted Content. You understand that when using this service, you may be exposed to unpleasant, inappropriate and disgusting “content”. In no event shall Phubber be responsible for any Content, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any Content, as well as any loss or damage arising from posting, emailing or transmission via the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for the following purposes:
(a). Upload, post, email or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, harmful or racially discriminatory or morally objectionable; Content”.
(b). Harm minors in any way.
(c). Impersonating any person or organization, including but not limited to Phubber executives, forum leaders, moderators, or falsely stating or falsely claiming a relationship with any person or organization.
(d). Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifying information in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.
(e). Upload, post or post any Content that you do not have the right to transmit under any law or contract or relationship of trust (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed by reason of employment and confidentiality agreements) sent by other means.
(f). Upload, post or otherwise transmit Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right (“Right”) of any person.
(g). Upload, post or otherwise transmit any advertising letters, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “direct marketing” or other solicitation of any kind.
(h). Computer viruses designed to interfere with, destroy or limit any computer software, hardware or communication equipment, including but not limited to “Trojan Horses”, worms, “time bombs” (time bombs) or cancelbots (hereinafter referred to as “viruses”), or any other computer code, files and programs, uploaded, posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted.
(i). Disrupt the normal flow of conversations, cause rapid screen movement, or otherwise prevent other users of the Service from typing, or negatively affect other users’ ability to participate in real-time communications. (j). Interfere with or destroy the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service, or disobey the regulations, procedures, policies or norms of networks connected to the Service.
(k). Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international regulations, and any provisions having the force of law.
(l). “Stalking” or otherwise harassing others. (m). Collect and store personal data of other users; this is not the case if the relevant personal data is properly stored and used in accordance with the relevant personal data protection regulations.
You understand that Phubber has not reviewed the Content in advance, but Phubber and its designees have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse and remove any Content that may be made available through the Service in their sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, Phubber and its designees have the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms of Service and is objectionable. When you use any “content”, including relying on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the previous “content”, you agree to make your own evaluation and bear all risks. Accordingly, you agree that you shall not rely on any Content created or received by Phubber, including but not limited to other parts of the Service.
Phubber operates by uploading messages in real time. Phubber does not assume any legal responsibility for the authenticity, integrity and position of all messages. And all the remarks in the message only represent the personal opinion of the person who left the message, not the position of this website.
You understand and agree that Phubber may preserve and disclose the “Content” when it is determined that it must be preserved or disclosed according to the requirements of laws or regulations, or within the reasonable and necessary scope based on good faith for the following purposes: (a) to comply with legal procedures, (b) enforce these Terms of Service, (c) respond to claims that any Content infringes the rights of third parties, or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Phubber, its users, and the public.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be (a) transmitted over various networks and (b) subject to change in order to conform to and cooperate with the technical requirements of the connecting network or device.
